Another frequent question is: what are the most common Evrysdi side effects? The most common adverse reactions in later-onset SMA include fever, diarrhea, and rash. In infantile-onset SMA, common side effects can also include upper respiratory tract infection, lower respiratory tract infection, constipation, vomiting, and cough.
