"Impossible Turns Into The Possible"

Back in June 2017, Victor was admitted for having a Double Pneumonia & practically Two Collapsed lungs. He was just two weeks away from graduating high school receiving his high school diploma and had ended up in the ICU. Valley Children's Hospital got in contact with his high school and had arranged for him to have a medical transport team, so he could attend.
