“Don’t worry for it hasn’t happened.”

I know I have and I actually still do oftentimes worry about certain life events, but something I think that is really important is to find YOUR WAY to peace within your emotions. A lot of the times we’ll worry and stress over thing’s that we have completely no control over and it’ll turn out in the end that whatever we were stressing about didn’t even actually happen.

Breathe.. relax.. calm your emotions and thoughts.. and trust that whatever happens everything will be okay.
