Breathe.. and try calming your thoughts from your past and try to pause yourself from thinking so much about tomorrow’s future.

Breathe in.... breathe out....

Inhale bringing yourself back into the present moment. Empty your mind from wishing and hoping you could go back and change the past. Clear your mind from trying to understand what and how tomorrow will be.

Visualize when you breathe in that you're inhaling positive energy, healing to your mind and body, and serenity bringing you to peace...

Visualize when you breathe out that you're releasing toxicity from your mind and negative energy that is hindering you...

Relax your nerves...

Rest calming your thoughts...

and take time to recharge as much as you need to for you.

Don’t try to figure it all out at once because in reality you don’t ever really figure it all out.
